Develop monthly financial statements and perform variance analyses - Prepare and manage budgets, as well as conduct financial projections - Analyze budget variances and performance indicators, proposing strategic improvement areas -Supervise the financial year-end closing and coordinate internal auditors\' activities - Implement cost calculation methods and effective internal control procedures - Manage and improve the integrated accounting management system - Allocate financial resources according to policies - Supervise and automate the payroll system, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations - Collaborate with the President on potential acquisitionsYour Assets for this Position:
CPA or MBA
15-20 years of experience, experience in SMEs
Experience in the construction field (asset)
Experience in administrative and human resources management
Good computer and Excel knowledge
Knowledge or strong interest in AI
