Job Description


We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, you will primarily contribute to the financial operations of our company by implementing robust financial processes, reporting, and budgeting. You will also have an instrumental role in liaising with private equity and carrying out due diligence for potential Mergers & Acquisitions. This is an onsite role.Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement robust financial processes for efficient operations
  • Develop a formal financial reporting system to ensure transparency and accuracy
  • Implement budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning
  • Liaise with private equity partners to secure financial resources
  • Conduct due diligence for potential Mergers & Acquisitions to ensure profitable investments
  • Oversee financial planning and management activities to ensure financial stability
  • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a financial leadership role
  • Proven expertise in budgeting and forecasting is mandatory
  • Strong experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M& A) is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required
  • An MBA, CPA or related advanced degree is highly preferred
  • Must possess strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills are essential
  • Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheets is necessary
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a strong ethical standpoint and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Proven track record of driving financial success and growth within a company
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, prediction models, and risk assessment.
