Certified Aesthetician & Client Experience Assistant (Part-Time or Full-Time)

About the Role

We're looking for a

Certified Aesthetician

who's also confident with

client communication and light admin work

.
When not in treatment, you'll help greet clients, manage bookings, and make lead follow-up calls.
This is a great opportunity for a

trainable, personable aesthetician

who wants to build experience in both treatment and client care.

What You'll Do

Perform facial and skincare treatments within your certification Provide consultations and homecare recommendations Greet and check in clients, manage bookings and confirmations Make

lead-follow-up and outreach calls

to help book clients Support daily operations, tidy and organize workspace Other tasks as required to support the clinic

What We're Looking For

Certified Aesthetician or Facial Specialist license

(required) Some experience in skincare, spa, or customer service (new grads welcome) Warm, conversational, and confident speaking with clients Organized, proactive, and reliable Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle preferred)

Schedule

3-5 days per week, including

Saturday

10:00 AM - 5:30 PM

(core hours) Flexible for the right candidate; part-time or full-time available

Compensation

$16 per hour

for all work hours

100% of tips

earned from client services

Discretionary bonuses

for lead conversions, initiative, or client feedback

Do you hold a valid Aesthetician or Facial Specialist certification or license? Are you comfortable performing both client treatments and administrative tasks (such as lead follow-up calls, bookings, and client communications)? Are you able to reliably commute to our clinic in Edmonton for each scheduled shift? (Own vehicle preferred.)
