Responsibilities

Set up and break down catering events, including arranging tables, and serving stations. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the event. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and serving areas, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events, including serving food and beverages efficiently. Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of all dishes served.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong background in hospitality with excellent guest services skills. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Experience in hotel catering or event planning is a plus.
