Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Manager to oversee our Catering Department and to assist with daily operations at the resturant.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering and event planning, food service and team management, ensuring that all of our guests receive exceptional experiences. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities



Oversee all areas of our Catering Department. Supervise and coordinate dining room staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction. Manage the flow of service during peak hours, ensuring timely food delivery and guest attention. Oversee cash handling procedures, including processing payments and managing cash registers. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling practices. Coach, mentor, and evaluate staff performance. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain effective communication regarding menu items and special requests. Monitor dining room cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance customer satisfaction. Assist Senior Management on special projects and duties as required. Act as Brand Ambassador, providing leadership and strategic direction to all departments of the restaurant.

Qualifications



Previous Catering is required. Proven recent experience in a Full Service Restaurant in a management role. Minimum 3 years. Strong knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and best practices in the kitchen. Experience with POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Leads with Integrity, Respect, Humility, Empathy, Compassion, Accountability, Confidence and Vision. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Great Team Players skills. Great Time Management skills. Can stay focused at all times and has the ability to complete duties and responsibilities in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
