We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation for catering events and ensuring quality planning for all client services. Provide excellent guest services by attending to the needs of guests before, during, and after booking. Respond and answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain a high standard of organization in all work areas, including proper file handling, spreadsheets, contracts, invoicing, and phone call messages. Support set up and break down of catering equipment and supplies for events. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and guest satisfaction. Support catering duties by ensuring menus are in compliance with all booking standard and deadlines.

Skills

Experience in office management. Strong background in hospitality or food service, preferably within hotel or restaurant settings. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Computer skills with focus on booking and invoicing programs. A team player who is willing to help others and contribute positively to the work environment.
