Job Duties:

Contribute creatively to event planning and setup, offering fresh ideas for presentations and layouts.
Attend all event planning meetings, acting as a secondary point of contact for clients, vendors, and the team.
Perform ad-hoc duties during events, such as guest list management, guiding guests to their tables, or assisting with coat checks.
Ensure the efficient setup and breakdown of events, completing all tasks to the client's satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Degree or diploma in food services, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of one year of experience in the food services or event coordination industry.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
