We are seeking an Office Assistant to help support our Office Manager & Employees with everything "front of house" related! In other words, you will wear many hats and ultimately help with the overall smooth functioning of the net2phone Canada office!

What you'll do.

We are seeking an Office Assistant to help support our Office Manager & employees with everything "front of house" related! In other words, you will wear many hats and ultimately help with the overall smooth functioning of the net2phone Canada office! Some of your day to day duties will include:
  • Assist with the Onboarding of new net2phone Canada employees
  • Help employees with basic IT support- Laptop setup, email addresses & equipment issues
  • Maintain internal inventory of laptops & hardware
  • Assist with maintaining and updating all Office Protocols
  • Be the point of contact for receiving all incoming and outgoing mail/package deliveries
  • Greet and serve as the front receptionist for phones calls and visitors
  • Manage ordering and handling of office supplies and hardware.
  • Proactively search for vendors with better offerings
  • Organize and coordinate special events (Remote & In Office)
  • Support Facility related issues; ie. cleaners, alarm system, renovations etc.
  • Act as a backup point of contact for the Office Manager
What you need to be an Office Administrator with us.
  • 1-2 years of customer or administrative experience
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail

Job Type: Part Time, Casual. 16-24 hours weekly.

Work Setting: This will be an in-office position.
