We currently have an immediate opening for an energetic and flexible individual, capable of working full time in the Front Office.The successful candidate should be team-oriented, able to multi-task, be self-motivated and possess good organizational skills with attention to quality and detail.
Experience with basic computer skills is required.What's in it for you:

  • Base Salary $40K
  • Benefits (after probationary period)
  • 3 weeks' vacation
  • 40 hour work week - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (no weekends or shift work)
Responsibilities:
  • General office duties - answer phone, mail, filing; greet visitors etc
  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable duties and responsibilites
  • Payroll Duties / ROE's etc
  • Bank Deposits
  • Monthly Bank Reconciliations / Credit Card Reconciliations
  • Maintain files and records / weekly spreadsheets
  • Health Benefits Administration
Qualifications:
  • Candidates must possess an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or Equivalent Post-secondary Accounting diploma/certificate an asset
  • 2 years of Accounting/bookkeeping and administrative support experience
  • Efficient computer skills applied in a work setting (Word / Excel / Outlook / Quickbooks / JobBoss)
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Professional and trustworthy with confidential information
