:Position SummaryUnder the direct supervision of the Manager, Food & Beverage, this position leads by example and provides exemplary service to casino guests in a fast paced environment. Must be collaborative, excel at multi-tasking and display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ensures adherence to the Company\'s policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian\'s learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.Key Accountabilities

• Provides full table service following established standards of service
• Cleans, buses and sets tables
• Performs other cleaning duties a s required including Server side duties
• Works as a member of the team and provides support to co-workers on shift to ensure an overall exceptional guest experience for all casino guests
• Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders: guests, ownership, team members, vendors and regulators
• Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed

Education and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of food and beverage serving experience in either a bar or restaurant setting is an asset
• Strong sales and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
• WHMIS training an asset
• Micros or Remanco experience an asset
• Works quickly and efficiently under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License

Work Environment Considerations

• Regular casino, restaurant or bar environment, standing and walking for long periods of time, some exposure to noise, odors; lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, non-traditional work hours
