Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Banquet Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience during events and banquets. This position requires a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding guest services. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for serving food and beverages, setting up and breaking down banquet spaces, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

Set up banquet tables, chairs, and decorations according to event specifications. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner. Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling and safety practices are followed. Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Assist in the breakdown of banquet setups after events are completed. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.

Skills

& Experience

Previous experience in restaurant or hotel environments is preferred. ProServe certification required. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with others seamlessly. Bartending skills are a plus but not required.
