Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed effectively in retail environments, enhancing customer experience and driving sales. Responsibilities

Execute merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits. Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation. Collaborate with retail staff to enhance product placement and promotional displays. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with product selection. Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions and cash handling. Perform basic math calculations for inventory management and sales reporting. Upsell products by effectively communicating their value to customers. Organize merchandise displays in accordance with company standards. Maintain an organized work area, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations.

Experience

Previous experience in merchandising or retail sales is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable. Familiarity with technology sales, technical sales, or product demos is a plus. Proficient in cash handling, cashiering, and utilizing POS systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively. A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
