Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented merchandiser and customer service expert to join our dynamic team in the ReStore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the visibility and sales of our products in retail environments. This position involves working closely with store management to ensure that our merchandise is displayed effectively, promoting customer engagement, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Time will also be spent organizing pickups for donations weekly.

Responsibilities

Execute product placement strategies to optimize visibility and appeal in retail settings. Collaborate with retail staff to ensure proper stocking and organization of merchandise. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and product selections. Assist in cashiering duties, including cash handling and processing transactions as needed. Foster relationships with store personnel to enhance collaboration and support for merchandising initiatives. Strong telephone skills for organizing our pickup service. Driving to receive donations or drop-offs at other non-profit organizations.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience in retail sales or merchandising preferred, with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous, along with proficiency in using digital tools for marketing campaigns. Previous experience in cashiering is beneficial. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Drivers License
