We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Cashier and Line Cook to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position is essential for ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. Duties

As a Cashier and Line Cook, your responsibilities will include:

Operating the cash register efficiently while providing friendly service to customers. Taking customer orders accurately and ensuring their satisfaction. Preparing meals according to menu specifications, focusing on quality and presentation. Assisting with menu planning and food preparation, ensuring all dietary requirements are met. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area in compliance with food safety standards. Handling food safely and adhering to proper food handling procedures. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours. Utilizing knife skills effectively for meal preparation and cooking tasks. Supporting catering services as needed, including setup and breakdown of events.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Previous experience in the dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred. Proven experience in fine dining or restaurant environments, showcasing culinary expertise. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Experience in meal preparation, menu planning, and catering services is advantageous. Hours

I am looking for someone who can come in to work during the rush for Friday and Saturday Lunch. The shift is 11:30 - 3:30 and Sunday's i require someone in the afternoon. Sometimes there may be evening shifts available thursday Friday and Saturday.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
