Job Description

Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client seeking a Cash Application Specialist. The Cash Application Specialist will be responsible for processing high volume transactions for the accounts receivable department. The Cash Application Specialist will ideally have previous accounts receivable experience while working in a high-volume environment. This could be the role for you if you are a Cash Application Specialist!

What you get to do every day

- Help manage customer database accounts

- Handle all differences and discrepancies such as payment issues

- Attend to and reconcile accounts receivables and remittances

- Record daily payments including wires, ACH credit transfers, and checks to customer accounts

- Handle weekly general ledger reports
- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

- Excellent data entry skills

- Must maintain a high level of accuracy and be detail oriented

- 2+ years working in an accounts receivable department

- Experience with Cash Applications
