Job Description

Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Cash Application Specialist. As the Cash Application Specialist, you will be responsible for processing high volume transactions for the accounts receivable department. The Cash Application Specialist will ideally have previous accounts receivable experience while working in a high-volume environment. This could be the role for you if you are a Cash Application Specialist!

Major responsibilities

- Process and reconcile accounts receivables and remittances

- Help manage customer database accounts

- Post daily payments including wires, ACH credit transfers, and checks to customer accounts

- Address payment issues or other discrepancies

- Perform weekly general ledger reports
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

- Outstanding data entry skills

- 2+ years working in an accounts receivable department

- Previous experience with Cash Applications

- Must maintain a high level of accuracy while being detail oriented
