Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Application Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and financial software, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and support. This role involves working closely with various accounting systems, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting clients in utilizing our applications effectively.

Responsibilities

Matching incoming payments with accounts with outstanding invoices to ensure accurate financial records. Ensuring the correct allocation of funds, maintaining accurate record keeping. Ensuring daily deposits are balanced Daily scanning of all deposit record Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and negotiation skills. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and software usage for reporting purposes.

Requirements

1-3 years Cash Application experience preferred. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively to accommodate a high-volume environment to meet deadlines. Transportation experience is a strong asset. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Good communication skills and ability to provide effective feedback. Problem Solving skills to resolve discrepancies and exceptions in payment matching
