We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Worker to join our team. The Immigration Case Worker will assist in managing client cases, ensuring smooth processing of immigration applications, and providing support for clients throughout the immigration process. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess a strong understanding of immigration law and procedures.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of immigration clients and ensure timely progress on their cases. Prepare and submit immigration forms, applications and supporting documents. Communicate with clients, legal teams, and government agencies regarding case updates and requirements. Conduct research on immigration laws, policies, and regulations to assist with case preparation. Review and verify client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, documentation, and case progress.

Requirements

Must have at least one year Immigration experience in Canada. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients. A commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice in all interactions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
