Job Description
:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to support a child with cerebral palsy and global developmental delay. The caregiver will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and ensure the child's well-being and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily activities, including dressing, eating, and hygiene. Monitor the child's health and behavior, providing guidance and support as needed. Engage the child in age-appropriate activities and therapies. Communicate effectively with parents and healthcare providers about the child's progress. Implement specific care plans and strategies as directed by healthcare professionals. Maintain a safe and clean environment for the child.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is preferred. Empathy, patience, and understanding in working with children. Ability to adapt to changing needs and routines. First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Excellent communication and organizational skills.
