We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong sales background, with the ability to build relationships with customers and effectively communicate the benefits of our vehicles. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the buying process, from initial inquiries to finalizing sales. Your expertise in upselling and understanding the market will be crucial in maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in order to recommend suitable vehicles. Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining customer relationships. Demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits while addressing any questions or concerns. Negotiate terms of sale and financing options, ensuring a smooth transaction process. Upsell additional products and services, such as warranties and maintenance plans, to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and dealership inventory. Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with potential clients through calls and messages. Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership success. Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying process, fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred. OMVIC Sales License Strong skills in sales management and negotiation techniques. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds; multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with dealership operations and understanding of the automotive market is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients. A proactive attitude towards upselling products and services to enhance customer experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
