Vos missions :
- Conseiller et guider nos clients dans leur achat de vehicules d'occasion avec professionnalisme et enthousiasme;
- Developper des relations solides avec les clients grace a un service personnalise et une connaissance approfondie des vehicules;
- Atteindre et depasser vos objectifs de vente tout en contribuant au succes global de notre concession.

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, while building lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.

Responsibilities



Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting vehicles. Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, providing thorough product knowledge. Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups with potential buyers. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales goals and objectives. Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Stay updated on industry trends, vehicle inventory, and financing options available to customers.

Qualifications



Proven experience in sales, preferably within a dealership or retail environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Basic math skills for handling transactions and financing calculations. Familiarity with sales pipelines and techniques for effective closing strategies. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required; strong communication skills in English are essential. A valid driver's license is required to test drive vehicles and meet customers off-site as needed.

Pay: $43,280.94-$152,455.24 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
