Summary

We are seeking a general labourer to join our dedicated team at REAL SEAL CONTRACTING. In this role, you will be responsible for all tasks related to the removal of old and installation of new membranes. This includes parking structures, balconies, and many other settings. We are only looking for people dedicated to hard work, quality and safety. You must be a problem solver with experience using tools.

Responsibilities

General problem solving related to construction. Remove old membranes, and prep surfaces for new membranes. Install mostly liquid applied multi coat membrane systems from Sika, Tremco, Garland, and others. Follow all company safety procedures and paperwork, ensuring compliance. Ensure all installations meet company standards for quality and cleanliness. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction is required. Problem solving skills. Ability to work independently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work well in a team environment. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members. Willing to work on heights
