Duties

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including phone calls and in-person meetings. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Negotiate terms of sales with clients to close deals effectively. Collaborate with the sales support team to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

Experience

Proven experience in sales, preferably within a dealership or similar environment. Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual candidates with proficiency in Spanish are highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with customers. Experience in providing high-quality customer service is essential. Familiarity with sales support tools and software is a plus.
