About the Role:
We're on a mission to make
buying a new Ford or Lincoln more exciting and less stressful
-- and we're looking for aNew Car Sales Advisor
who shares that vision. You'll be the face of our new vehicle department, guiding customers through modern, tech-packed vehicles and helping them find the perfect match -- whether it's a family-ready Explorer or an off-road-ready Bronco.What You'll Do:
Present and demonstrate new Ford and Lincoln models with knowledge and energy Build relationships with walk-in and online customers Work alongside our finance team to provide clear, transparent options Stay up to date on current incentives, lease/finance rates, and product updates Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
What You Bring:
Previous sales experience (automotive preferred, but not required) Passion for new vehicle technology and customer-focused service Valid OMVIC license and clean driver's abstract Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing industry

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
