As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers through their purchasing journey, ensuring they have the best experience possible.

Note: This is a commission based job!

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored product recommendations.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow up effectively.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales to close deals successfully.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay informed about product features, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Skills

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, especially proficiency in Spanish.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
• Familiarity with sales management practices and tools for tracking performance.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00-$10,000.00 per month
