The Role

The Role:

The Technology Campus Recruiting Team is part of the Human Resources organization and is responsible for recruiting, hiring and onboarding university graduates and students for full-time and internship positions. Additionally, the team is also responsible for the designing and executing the Summer Analyst, Spring and Fall Co-op Programs.

The campus recruiting team is the first point of contact for a candidate, thus our role in developing strong relationships is critical. The cultivation of ties with career centers, on campus clubs and organizations, faculty members and internal partners is also key.

We are looking for a motivated individual at the Coordinator level to assist in the execution of our on-campus and on-site programming and events. Please note that this is a consultant role and work is being done remotely at this time.

Des liens doivent aussi atre entretenus avec les centres de carriare, les clubs et les organisations dans les universites, les membres du corps professoral et les partenaires internes, car ces liens sont aussi tras importants.

Nous sommes a la recherche d'une personne motivee pour le poste de coordinateur(trice) afin de participer a la realisation de notre programmation et de nos evenements ayant lieu dans nos bureaux ou dans les universites. Ceci est un rale de consultant qui est en teletravail pour le moment.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordination of campus interview schedules, presentations and career fairs.
  • Liaising with external vendors to place and track orders for giveaways and marketing materials.
  • Post jobs on external website and University career portals
  • Tracking and reporting on recruiting activity for the various divisions globally.
  • Coordination of current virtual events and eventual campus and office based assessment centers. Responsibilities will include creating surveys to solicit volunteers, room bookings, catering logistics, candidate travel logistics, interviewer prep meetings, offer follow ups etc.
  • Participation in Recruiting Committee meetings. The team meets regularly to discuss current state and various initiatives within campus recruiting. As a member of the team and as you gain more experience in the process, you will be asked to present to the group to gain exposure, work on PowerPoint and public speaking skills.
  • Travel to campus presentations and career fairs will be required (currently remote)
  • Managing of the Summer Analyst program calendar and events.
  • Management of the Campus Recruiting SharePoint Site.
  • Following interviews, collect feedback and create packages for offer approvals.
  • Assisting Recruitment and HR team with any ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Communicate offers, generate offer letters and coordinate onboarding.
  • Assist in planning and execution of on-campus events
  • Update any tracking sheets related to full-time and intern recruitment.
  • Coordonner les horaires d'entrevue, les presentations et les activites dans le cadre des salons de l'emploi dans les universites (presentement virtuel).
  • Assurer la liaison avec les fournisseurs pour passer des commandes concernant les cadeaux promotionnels et le materiel de marketing, et en faire le suivi.
  • Publier les affichages de poste sur les sites web externes et les portails carriares des universites.
  • Faire le suivi et preparer des rapports sur les activites de recrutement pour les differentes divisions a l'echelle mondiale.
Coordonner les activites des centres d'evaluation dans nos bureaux ou dans les universites (presentement virtuel). Le ou la titulaire du poste sera aussi responsable de ce qui suit : sondages pour recruter des benevoles, reservation de salles, services de traiteur, logistique liee aux voyages des candidats, reunions de preparation pour les intervieweurs et suivis des offres d'emploi

Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree + 0 - 3 years' experience in HR or recruitment team administration, event management, program coordination
  • Bilingual - English and French
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Client-service oriented with strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Organized and working well under pressure
  • Team player with strong project management skills
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel, knowledge of SharePoint, Oleeo and WorkDay a plus
  • A Baccalaureat + 0 - 3 ans dans une equipe de recrutement ou rale RH administration, gestion d'evenements, coordination de programmes
  • Bilingue : franaais et anglais.
  • Excellent esprit analytique et grandes aptitudes a la resolution de problames.
  • Excellentes aptitudes a la communication orale et ecrite.
  • Personne axee sur le service a la clientale et dotee de grandes aptitudes a batir des liens.
  • Capacite d'etablir les priorites et de travailler de maniare efficace, tout en faisant preuve d'une grande minutie.
  • Sens de l'organisation et capable de bien travailler sous pression.
  • Bon esprit d'equipe et des competences etendues en gestion de projet.
  • Maatrise de PowerPoint et d'Excel, et connaissance de SharePoint, de Oleeo et de WorkDay, des atouts.
