We are looking for a driven National Campus Recruiter to source and attract talented students for our company Bayshore Health Care across all five of our divisions. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate an excellent ability to attract and engage with potential candidates, and to be an outgoing Brand Ambassador. A skilled campus recruiter should be a critical thinker and able to clearly identify vacancy requirements working with our divisions, attract suitable candidates and build strong partnerships with schools across the country.

The Western and Eastern Campus Recruiter will report directly to the National Campus Recruitment Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with internal stakeholders across five divisions, research, identify and assess the hiring needs of the company and access the workforce plans before going to market to recruit.
  • Execute on the Early Talent Acquisition National Campus Recruitment strategy, process, and delivery for I partnership with leaders and divisional strategies for divisions across the company
  • Lead, network, engage, and develop pipelines and partnerships with External Stake holders Community Partners School institutions to recruit exceptional talent
  • Work with external stakeholders and build and nurture long term partnerships with post-secondary institutions and private colleges in Western/Eastern Canada Targeted schools
  • Ensure affiliation agreements are executed and singed off between the company and school institutions or renewed and up to date.
  • Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks, Faculty, Students and Careers Services
  • Work with National Campus Recruitment Manager to execute and implement campus schedule visits and to implement a multi prong recruitment strategy.
  • Source talented candidates\xe2\x80\x99 students through a multi prong campus recruitment strategy, inclusive of Career fairs, campus visits with a stand-alone booth, conduct class presentations and information sessions.
  • Be the liaison between Bayshore Divisions and Schools institutions to collect resumes and student contact information to hand off to recruiters in each division for interviews.
  • Take steps to become educated on the five Bayshore HealthCare divisions to present to students a faculty the opportunities available.
  • Lead partnerships with career center with key schools to ensure relationships are established and maintained to build brand recognition with Bayshore HealthCare
  • Target and hire new Graduates and Co-op students\xe2\x80\x99 year(s) 2-4 with universities and colleges for placement within Bayshore Health Care
  • Work with career offices with schools for posting of co-op positions and FT positions.
  • Track each candidate journey that is handed off to each division to be sure each division tracks each candidate in share point that is placed.
  • Report biweekly to National Recruitment Manager Candidates handed off to divisions and how many on boarded or placed in Paid or Un-paid Co-op placements with each Division.
  • Analyze progress and results at targeted schools. Measure and report success on the recruitment and campus initiative. Identify best practices and develop strategic recommendations
  • Managing all administrative tasks email, Excel, Power points, Teams, expense reports
  • ~40% travel as required
Qualifications

Experience & Education
  • University Degree or College Diploma, in Human Resources, Business or Marketing an asset
  • 2+ years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities as a Recruiter, preferably in health care or campus recruitment.
  • Require solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods human resources, recruitment, or campus recruitment
  • Bilingual in French and English would be an asset

  • Able to set up a home office for remote work purposes and travel to events
  • 45% of travel inclusive of overnight travel as required

  • Partner and work with schools across Canada to attend career fairs, Campus visits, information sessions, class presentations, network with faculty to enhance Bayshore brand representation as an employer of choice
  • To open up many more school programs and recruit from programs such as Business, IT, Human Resources, Health Admin Management, Nursing, PSW, Physio and Occupational Therapy, Finance students
  • Untapped and consistent pipeline of talent in post-secondary schools

  • Working with and collaborating to assess job opportunities with all 5 divisions of Bayshore.
Working Conditions
This role performs in a normal business environment with minimal needs for physical effort. The working environment has minimal discomfort with little safety risk. High sensory attention and mental stress is inherent in this role. Some projects and deadlines may increase the sensory attention and mental stress to a higher level due to the increased focus and additional hours required. Minimal travel required for this role.
