We are currently hiring for a call taker/dispatch support in Brampton
Keys to positions:
1. 2+ years of experience in an operations role within transportation industry: Customer Service, Dispatch Coordinator, Appointment Clerk
2. Strong Data Entry skills - 80% of job is entering loads into the system (Inhouse and will teach) for the Dispatch Team to assign loads/Drivers
3. Excellent communication skills- Taking Calls from customers to enter load information and help coordinate freight movements
Position Call Taker/Dispatch Support
Pay Rate $20-22/hr (Benefits, Opportunity to earn yearly bonus, and a pension package when hired on)
Location Brampton
Hours Start time will be between an 7:30AM-8:30AM start, TBD - Fully Onsite

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Taker/Dispatch Support to join our team within a busy LTL transportation environment. In this role, you'll act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and play a key part in supporting the dispatch team with daily coordination of freight movements, driver communication, and customer service.
