As a Call Center Operator at our Notary Public Office, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing professional and efficient assistance via phone, email, and other communication channels. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations by handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Communication:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Assist clients with inquiries regarding notary services, fees, requirements, and procedures.
Provide clear and accurate information while maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanor.
Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm notary appointments.
Manage the appointment calendar efficiently to optimize workflow.
Document & Information Handling:
Verify client documents and ensure all necessary paperwork is prepared before appointments.
Guide clients on required identification and documentation for notarization.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.14-$26.23 per hour
