As a Call Center Operator for our Equipment Rental Company, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You are a vital link between our clients and our operations, responsible for handling inbound inquiries, scheduling rentals, providing expert information on our equipment, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Communication:
Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information on equipment availability, specifications, rental rates, and terms.
Guide customers through the rental process, explaining policies, procedures, and necessary documentation (e.g., insurance, licenses).
Rental Process Management:
Process new rental reservations and coordinate pickup/delivery schedules with the operations team.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure equipment is ready and available for customer pickup or delivery.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and interaction logs in the database.
Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure a unified customer experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.16-$26.28 per hour
