As a Call Center Operator at our Music School, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and prospective clients. Your role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, and supporting the school's enrollment and administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chats promptly and professionally.
Provide detailed information about music programs, classes, instructors, and pricing.
Handle customer inquiries regarding lesson cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the school's CRM system.
Assist in promoting special events, recitals, and promotions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
