As a Call Center Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations for our barbershop and salon. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with product or service-related questions.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Appointment Scheduling:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Book, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments using scheduling software.
Provide accurate information on services, pricing, promotions, and stylist/barber availability.
Client Relations & Problem Resolution:
Address customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
Maintain a friendly, welcoming tone to reflect the salon/barbershop's brand.
Update client records and preferences in the system.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
