Cafe Assistant

Job Description
We're looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated cafe all-rounder to join our team! This is a casual position with flexible hours to start, with the potential to move into part-time or full-time for the right person.
What the role involves:
Serving customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, including coffee
Cooking and plating from our prepared food menu
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Occasionally opening the cafe for morning shifts
Supporting a great team and contributing to a positive work environment
What we're looking for:
Barista experience is preferred but not essential
A good work ethic and willingness to learn
Availability during weekdays, with occasional weekend shifts
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced cafe setting and enjoys working with people
