Job Description

We are looking for analytical-minded individuals to join our chocolate cafe shop team as sales assistants and baristas. No prior experience is required, as we will provide full training to the right candidates. (Please be sure to complete the assessments as part of this posting. Applications without the assessment results will be ignored).

Responsibilities:

Memorizing menu items and ingredients Presenting products to customers in an engaging and informative manner Preparing hot and cold beverages and food items Maintaining a clean and organized workspace Providing exceptional customer service Handling cash and credit card transactions
Qualifications:

Minimum English level B2 Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Passion for mindful, healthy, and ethically responsible organic foods Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds
We offer competitive wages plus tips, as well as a fun and friendly work environment. Our operation hours are from 12 pm to 9:30 pm, and we value candidates who have flexible availability.
