Railtown Cafe is hiring!

We are looking for a motivated and friendly part-time Server/Barista to join our team.

We are looking for hard-working individuals that enjoy the service industry, excel in a fast paced environment, and take pride in their work. Experience in hospitality, and working knowledge of commercial espresso machine is recommended. Responsibilities:

Deliver amazing customer service, and represent the brand! Genuinely connect with every customer to develop professional relationships with our guests Complete daily and weekly tasks assigned by management Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and management Maintain up to date knowledge of the menu items and able to operate POS system efficiently Ensure company standards are met, report concerns directly to the assistant manager Operate, maintain and properly clean cafe equipment, including espresso machine, coffee maker, grinder, bar fridge, shelving, freezers, and bar taps Maintaining overall cafe cleanliness Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience

High school education or higher preferred Experience using a commercial espresso machine is recommended Experience in the hospitality industry is recommended Serving- It- Right certification is mandatory Must be highly motivated with great multi-tasking ability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent written and spoken English required Ability to work well in a team and independently Detail oriented, ability to perform tasks in a timely manner Auphan or equivalent Point of Sale (POS) knowledge is required
Schedule:

15 - 25 hours per week depending on availability
