Responsibilities:

Build custom cabinets and architectural millwork from detailed shop drawings Work with a variety of materials and finishes Operate standard woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow shop safety protocols Collaborate with other skilled tradespeople to complete high-end commercial projects Work independently and collaboratively, and take direction from the shop foreperson

What We're Looking For:

7+ years of experience in a professional millwork or cabinetry shop (not hobbyist) Red Seal certification in Cabinetmaking/Joinery strongly preferred In-depth knowledge of woodworking tools, joinery techniques, and finishing preparation Strong ability to interpret shop drawings and work to tight tolerances Working experience with AWMAC/NAAWS standards A positive, solutions-focused attitude - "Yes I can" is how we work here Pride in your work and commitment to producing top-quality results

Location:

Our fully equipped shop is located on Norland Avenue in Burnaby, BC. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
