Responsibilities:

Operate CNC nesting and pod-and-rail machines to produce custom architectural millwork components Load, unload, and maintain material flow through the CNC process efficiently Read and interpret production drawings, cut lists, and machine programs accurately Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues to ensure consistent output Collaborate with the department lead, shop foreperson, project managers, and cabinetmakers to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines Ensure parts are labeled, organized, and staged correctly for downstream processes Follow all shop safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

What We're Looking For:

4+ years of CNC operating experience in a professional millwork or cabinetry shop Proficiency with Biesse or similar CNC machinery (training provided for the right candidate) Ability to interpret programs and shop drawings Experience working to tight tolerances and with a variety of materials (laminate, veneer, solid wood, MDF) Familiarity with AWMAC/NAAWS standards is an asset Mechanically inclined with a focus on precision, efficiency, and safety A positive, solutions-focused attitude - "Yes I can" is how we work here

Our fully equipped shop is located on Norland Avenue in Burnaby, BC. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
