:

We are currently seeking a Business Technology Analyst to join our team.

The Business Technology Analyst provides technical support, guidance, advice and assistance to internal customers of applications, telecommunications, databases, and related enterprise computing systems. This role supports the effective and continued operation of systems and applications, involving troubleshooting, desktop installs, maintenance, and software support.

Here\'s what would be included as a part of your typical day * Installation & Configuration: Carries out setup, maintenance and deployment of client systems, workstations, telecom equipment, printers and related software to department standards

• Technical Support: Provides support to staff by troubleshooting, problem solving and escalating when appropriate. Maintains liaison with vendor contacts as well as branch technical representatives in the event of system failure or required escalation.
• Operational Procedures Carries out daily operational routines to optimize hardware and software use. Provides support to all levels within the technology group, ensuring compliance within the framework of policies and standards
• Documentation: Develops, maintains, and documents installation and configuration of IT processes and procedures. Ensures documentation is reviewed on a regular basis and updated as required.
• Team Support: Provides support to all levels within the technology group, ensuring compliance within the framework of policies and standards. This role maybe required to work non-standard or additional hour, including on-call and available to travel to various First West business locations, when required.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of IT experience; solid knowledge of the concepts, theories, practices, and techniques of the information technology field, including emphasis on technical service in a call center or help desk environment
• Post-secondary education in and IT related field combined with ITIL and/or Comp TIA A+ certification
• Outstanding working knowledge of IT tools such as Windows 10/11, Mac OS, iOS, and Android operating systems. Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint, Office 365 administration, Teams, and web applications.
• Experience with IT service management (ITSM) systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Able to demonstrate sound management of time and resources
• Excellent problem solving, technical skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Displays an understanding of risk and risk ownership by being able to demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures
