Cavendish Farms is a leading producer of frozen food products for retail and foodservice markets throughout Canada, the United States, and around the world. We have state-of-the-art potato processing plants in Prince Edward Island; Lethbridge, Alberta; and Jamestown, North Dakota; and an appetizer plant in Wheatley, Ontario. Our Head office is in Dieppe, New Brunswick with sales office locations in Toronto, Montreal, and Boston.
The farming division of Cavendish Farms includes sites that produce potatoes for processing plants in Prince Edward Island and Jamestown, North Dakota. The Cavendish Farms Research Centre breeds and develops new varieties of potatoes for a changing environment. There are also sites in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia where seed potatoes are grown for both internal and external customers.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Process Excellence, the successful candidate must thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and detail. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude. Participating in analyzing process data, the Business Process Analyst Co-Op will receive a comprehensive Process Excellence and Process Management job experience. You will gain an excellent business understanding working with multiple departments (Operations, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.).

Successful Candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Perusing a University degree or College diploma or equivalent experience in business;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to coordinate working with a team and various departments;
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office is required;

Key Responsibilities:

• Support data and analytics initiatives related to Process Excellence
• Process Management Linkage to role expectations through our internal SharePoint
• Support cross functional Process Leads in Development of Cavendish Farms processes
• Work on process standardization and metrics
• Attend and complete process related training that will support Management System initiatives and improvements.
