Whitestone Dental Group is seeking a Business General Manager to oversee operations across multiple dental clinics in Montreal. The role includes strategic planning, financial management, staffing supervision, compliance oversight, and ensuring an excellent patient experience. The manager works closely with clinical teams, administrators, suppliers, and Quebec regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations and clinic performance across multiple locations Plan, implement, and evaluate organizational policies and programs Allocate financial, human, and material resources effectively Oversee budgeting ($4M-$8M) and financial reporting Supervise 5-10 staff members including clinic managers and administrative staff Ensure compliance with ODQ, CNESST, RAMQ, and Quebec healthcare standards Improve patient experience, operational efficiency, and clinic workflows Represent the clinics in supplier meetings and operational discussions
Requirements

Bachelor's degree (MBA an asset) 3-5 years of management experience in healthcare/dental/medical operations Bilingual (English AND French) -- required for communication with patients, staff, suppliers, and Quebec regulatory authorities Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Whitestone Dental Group recherche un Gestionnaire General des Affaires pour superviser les operations de plusieurs cliniques dentaires a Montreal. Le role comprend la planification strategique, la gestion financiere, la supervision du personnel, la conformite reglementaire et l'amelioration de l'experience patient. Le gestionnaire travaille avec les equipes cliniques, les administrateurs, les fournisseurs et les organismes reglementaires du Quebec.

Responsabilites principales

Gerer les operations quotidiennes et la performance des cliniques Planifier, mettre en oeuvre et evaluer les politiques et programmes organisationnels Allouer les ressources financieres, humaines et materielles Superviser le budget (4 M$ a 8 M$) et les rapports financiers Superviser 5 a 10 employes, dont les gestionnaires et le personnel administratif Assurer la conformite avec l'ODQ, la CNESST, la RAMQ et les normes de sante du Quebec Ameliorer l'efficacite operationnelle et l'experience patient Representer les cliniques lors des reunions avec les fournisseurs
Exigences

Baccalaureat (MBA est un atout) 3 a 5 ans d'experience en gestion dans le secteur dentaire, medical ou de la sante Bilingue (anglais ET francais) -- requis pour la communication avec les patients, le personnel, les fournisseurs et les organismes du Quebec Excellentes competences en leadership et en communication Maitrise de MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
