Job Summary


We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Business Development & Project Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a key part in advancing strategic initiatives, with a strong focus on preparing, refining, and presenting business documentation. Your responsibilities will include developing financial projections, conducting market analysis, coordinating project execution, and supporting operational planning - while ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of clarity, accuracy, and relevance.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and refine client business documentation, including financial projections, market analysis, executive summaries, and organizational structure outlines. Analyze business concepts for clients to ensure feasibility and compliance with requirements. Prepare and update tailored business plans, due diligence reports, capitalization summaries, and term sheets for clients. Conduct business name searches and trademark searches; facilitate incorporation, registrations, and intellectual property applications. Manage client onboarding platforms, including proofreading, submissions, and payments. Create professional slide decks, pitch presentations, and supporting materials for client submissions and investor engagement. Draft and refine job descriptions; assist in resume preparation and recruitment support for client companies. Collect, organize, and maintain data for client acceptance packages and project documentation. Apply AI-powered tools (e.g., for research, data analysis, drafting, and presentations) to improve efficiency and quality. Track and monitor project milestones and deliverables, generating concise progress reports with data-driven insights. Represent the company at official meetings, events, and engagements when authorized by management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and timely execution of all deliverables. Perform other related duties as assigned, as responsibilities are not limited to the above list.

Qualifications



Fluency in English and Russian (oral and written) is a must. A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with additional technical education considered an asset. Ability to independently research and compile information from various sources (e.g., industry reports, online databases, and public resources), assess its relevance, and integrate it into logical, well-structured documents. Skilled in transforming raw data into structured, professional business documentation including analytical, financial, and investment documentation to support business decision-making. Strong presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and other design tools for high-quality business and investor presentations. Proficiency in using AI tools to support research, analysis, drafting, and presentations. Advanced computer literacy, including MS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint), CRM systems, and online research platforms. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy. Professional, client-focused communication style, suitable for high-stakes business and immigration contexts. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Starting from $23.00 per hour, depending on experience, with an increase upon successful completion of probation
