We are currently seeking a

Business Development & Project Coordinator

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is both sales-driven and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Business Development & Sales



Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and homeowners. Generate new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence. Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs. Manage sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.

Project Coordination



Oversee window and door projects from order confirmation through to delivery and installation. Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely completion. Monitor project schedules, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to clients. Ensure compliance with specifications, building codes, and customer requirements.

Customer Service & Support



Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers. Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Administrative & Team Support



Maintain accurate records of sales contracts, project documentation, and client communications. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and product offerings. Support marketing activities, trade shows, and promotional events.

Qualifications & Requirements



Post-secondary education in business, construction management, or engineering background (preferred). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or project coordination (experience in windows, doors, or construction industry is an asset). Strong understanding of building materials, windows/doors specifications, and installation processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/project management software. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as required.
