Business Development Manager

to drive new revenue and strengthen market position across Alberta.

What You'll Do:



Lead Strategic Growth:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and clients aligned with regional growth strategy. Drive sales initiatives within defined industry verticals, helping the company grow market share and revenue.

Client-Focused Sales Execution:



Respond to inbound inquiries with urgency and professionalism, prepare proposals, and lead the quoting and onboarding process. Conduct facility tours, develop solutions tailored to client needs, and negotiate win-win partnerships. Represent the brand externally--at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.

Collaborate Across the Business:



Work closely with executive leadership and operations to ensure seamless onboarding and scalable solutions. Report on performance, pricing trends, and competitor activities while contributing to the annual budget planning process.

Who You Are:



A

seasoned B2B sales professional

with at least

7 years' experience

(preferably in 3PL warehousing or logistics). A

self-starter

with a knack for identifying prospects, building trust, and converting opportunities into results. A

relationship builder

who thrives on human connection and understands the long game of business development. Experienced in

CRM tools

, business case development, and confident delivering presentations to senior decision-makers. Known for your

strategic mindset

, financial acumen, and adaptability in dynamic markets.

Your Toolkit Includes:



Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Confidence with MS Office and CRM systems. A valid driver's license and flexibility for some travel (10-30% monthly).
