Job Description

A&G Supply is seeking a New Business Development Professional to focus on new business-to-business growth in the Okanagan. Responsibilities include prospecting, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs and meeting a sales quota. A&G provides a thorough sales training program, which includes a proven business development strategies and sales process.

Key Responsibilities:



? Prospecting for new business primarily via Cold Drop In's.

? Generating revenue and meeting sales targets

? Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory to drive additional sales

opportunities through prospecting

? Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business

? Done Cold Drop In's to build a territory.

? Worked in a salary plus commission-based environment

? Dealt with top decision makers and multiple decision makers

? Worked with a long or short sales cycle

? 1 years outside sales experience or 3 years inside sales experience

? Flourished in a small company environment

Front Of the Line:



? 3 years new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience

? Hunter sales mentality - goal driven and self-motivated

? Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

? CRM - Customer Relationship Management Software experience

Compensation:



A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $60,000 and $150,000/Year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions.

The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, performance, and other business and organization needs.

Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
