We are seeking an

independent, outgoing, and experienced business development professional

to take the lead in expanding and growing our home care operations in Calgary and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of home care practices in Alberta and an extensive network of community or healthcare contacts.

About the Role:

This is a

self-directed, 6 months independent contractor role

-- ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy and has a strong understanding of Alberta's home care landscape. You'll be responsible for creating and executing growth strategies, identifying partnership opportunities, and driving overall business expansion.

What you will be doing:

Develop and implement business growth strategies for TotalCare Concierge Identify and build partnerships with referral sources, organizations, and community stakeholders Generate, qualify, and close new client and referral opportunities Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity within the community Collaborate with management to shape long-term business goals and service offerings

What you bring:

In-depth knowledge of home care services and client needs in Alberta Proven experience in business development, community outreach, or healthcare growth strategy Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and strategically Strong relationship-building and communication skills Passion for improving quality of life for seniors and families

How you will be paid:

Commission and royalties-based structure
