The Richards Group is a growing real estate agency in Toronto\xe2\x80\x99s East End that deeply values community connection and client relationships. This position will drive the ongoing growth of the company and the ability to capture opportunities for new business through the direct development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies in coordination with our sales team. The goal of this position is to execute a consistent business development plan to support agents through meaningful connections with existing clients, and within targeted areas and demographics, resulting in new business and increased repeat and referral business. The person in this role will work closely with our agents, under the strategic guidance of the director of marketing and business development. In addition to established approaches to achieve these results, there will be opportunities to develop new ideas and strategies to elevate meaningful communication and create new connections between clients and prospects. Responsibilities: At the outset of this position, you will have the opportunity to work with the director to develop and evolve the business development plan and establish the most effective approach. On an ongoing basis, you will work closely with the sales team to develop and assist in the implementation of their regular business growth plans as well as support the team leader and team initiatives such as content development execution of the overall growth strategy.
