Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals while fostering long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management and execution of client initiatives.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales activities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our offerings and value proposition.
Monitor industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
