The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
As a key driver of our revenue growth, you will focus on identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities, delivering innovative payment solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our customers. You'll operate with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, aligning with our core values to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and Generate Leads:
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities using cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals to consistently build a robust sales pipeline.
Drive Full Sales Cycle:
Qualify prospects, present solutions, and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop Relationships:
Establish strong relationships with prospective clients, becoming a trusted advisor for their payment processing needs.
Pipeline Management:
Use CRM tools to track all sales activities, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
Market Intelligence:
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging payment technologies to position yourself as a subject matter expert.
Collaborate with Teams:
Work closely with internal departments (customer success, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless onboarding and an excellent client experience.
Experience & Requirements:
Hunting Mindset:
Proven success in sales prospecting and closing new business in a competitive B2B environment.
Exceptional Communication:
Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey value propositions clearly and effectively.
Self-Starter:
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by achieving and exceeding sales targets.

A natural ability to listen to customer pain points and position tailored solutions.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfort with CRM tools and an ability to quickly learn the nuances of our payment solutions and technologies.
Experience in the payments industry, finance, or a related field is a plus.
