Are you a results-driven sales professional who thrives on closing deals and building strong client relationships? We're seeking a motivated
Business Development Manager
to grow our presence in the GTA by managing existing accounts and hunting for new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a defined sales territory within the GTA
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Conduct client meetings to understand needs and present tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and close deals
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and consistently achieve monthly sales targets
Support national account initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, or related field
Minimum 5 years of B2B outside sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quotas
Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for new business development
Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills
Valid G-class driver's license and ability to lift and transport demo equipment (up to 50 lbs)
Experience selling to QSR or retail environments is an asset

- $60,000 plus commissions.
Average earnings after Ramp-Up $100,000 - $150,000
