Business Development Manager (ft)

Job Description


Goldentrust Capital is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:

  • You will be responsible for building and scaling up the sales organization in a real estate investment fund.
  • You will closely work with the Director of Sales in training the current AEs and SDRs to ensure they are leveraging the best-in-class account executive practices.
  • Experience in working with the clients in the NA market is preferred as that is what we are currently targeting.
Requirements:
  • Knowledgeable in the real estate space.
  • Work experience in private equity is an asset but is not required.
  • Familiarity with GP/LP investment structures.
  • Has a high level of communication skills.
  • Ability to create Sales Collateral throughout various funnels.
  • Able to work with clients in Canada and NA.
